Arbitrator, mediator, and legal scholar with PhD in Law currently serving as Acting Associate Professor at Tashkent State University of Law, resident at Asian International Centre of Arbitration, and member of the Working Group under Uzbekistan's Ministry of Higher Education. Her education includes an LL.M. and PhD from Tashkent State Law Institute (2012), an MBA from MGIMO (2014), and ongoing studies at Oxford's Saïd Business School (AI) and University of Münster (Law in Digital Economy). With over ten years in academia, she teaches international law, trade law, and climate-change law at multiple universities including Webster University and Westminster University. In 2024, she joined Tashkent International Arbitration Centre as an arbitrator and guest lectured at Roma Tre University. Her professional experience includes roles with GIZ, World Bank, and LUKOIL Uzbekistan. Her research specializes in AI, digital economy, and alternative dispute resolution. She has published in international journals, co-authored "Intellectual Property in the Digital Era," and is fluent in Russian, English, French, with proficiency in German and Italian.
